By accessing or using EstateFlo ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users during the beta testing period and beyond.

2. Beta Testing Disclaimer

EstateFlo is currently in beta. The Platform is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. During beta:

  • Features, calculations, and data may change without notice.
  • The Platform may contain bugs, errors, or temporary outages.
  • EstateFlo reserves the right to add, modify, or remove any feature at any time.
  • Access may be limited, suspended, or terminated at our discretion.

3. Not Financial, Legal, or Investment Advice

EstateFlo is a deal and property management tool only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, tax, legal, or real estate advice. We make no guarantees regarding investment results, profitability, property valuations, or the accuracy of any deal analysis or calculations.

You are solely responsible for independently verifying all deal analysis, calculations, contracts, property information, and any decisions made based on information in the Platform. Always consult a qualified attorney, accountant, financial advisor, or licensed real estate professional before making investment decisions.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all data you enter, upload, or store on the Platform.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Do not share your account with others.
  • You must not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Uploaded documents, files, and content remain your sole responsibility. EstateFlo is not liable for the accuracy, legality, or consequences of any uploaded content.
  • You are responsible for all investment decisions made using or informed by the Platform.

5. Data Privacy

Your data is private by default. Each user only has access to their own records unless explicit sharing or team permissions are enabled. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EstateFlo and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or investment capital, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, design, and software are the intellectual property of EstateFlo. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.
